Mason Jar Ice Cream
  1. Place your jar in the freezer to chill for at least 15 minutes. (This can be done ahead of time and helps the ice-cream come together faster.)
  2. Pour the cold Anchor Cream and condensed milk into the chilled jar and stir well.
  3. Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously until you can feel the mixture thicken. It should take roughly 6-8 minutes but this will depend on how hard you are shaking. You want to shake until the ice cream has thickened to soft peaks.
  4. Now, you have a thick and creamy blank canvas to turn into any flavour ice cream you want. You can add vanilla essence for vanilla, stir in some cocoa powder to make chocolate, mix in some chocolate chips – feel free to get creative.
  5. Once you’ve added your flavouring, put the jar in the freezer for 5-6 hours and then you’re ready to serve.
To Serve
