  1. Make the raspberry jelly according to the packet instructions. Pour it into a square container (any size is fine) and refrigerate until set. You can do this the day before. Once set, cut the jelly into small cubes and set aside in the fridge until ready to use.
  2. Pour the cold Anchor Cream and condensed milk into the chilled jar and stir well.
  3. When you’re ready to serve, place all the ingredients into separate bowls. Put out small individual trifle or dessert bowls and then ask your guests to let their creative juices flow!
