Chai Spiced Porridge

Warm up and wake up! Our Chai Spiced Porridge is just what you need on a cold winter's morning.

Instructions
  1. Mix the porridge oats, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in a saucepan and place over a medium heat.
  2. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring, until thickened and creamy.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir through the yoghurt.
  4. Spoon between bowls and top with dried fruit and a drizzle of honey. Serve with milk or yoghurt.
