Method
- Carefully pierce potatoes with a fork. Oil the potatoes well and sprinkle with salt. Heat in the microwave for 7-9 minutes.
- Cut one of the potatoes vertically and scoop the inside slightly.
- Add the Anchor Cheese Slices and microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Add the sour cream to the potato. Top with chives, chili flakes and serve.
- Repeat for the remaining potatoes.
