Meat & Egg Cheese Rolls

A 10 minute dish with New Zealand Dairy Goodness.

Ingredients
Method
  1. In a bowl, beat eggs with Anchor™ Cooking Cream, season with salt and black pepper powder.
  2. Heat Anchor™ Unsalted Butter in a flat pan, pour the egg mixture and cook to make 2 thin egg omelettes. Set aside.
  3. Take a piece of the flour/wheat wrap, brush with Anchor™ Unsalted Butter and arrange 2 – 3 pieces of meat salami. Place a piece of the egg omelette.
  4. Arrange Anchor™ Cheese Slices and sprinkle chopped spring onions. Roll the wrap neatly.
  5. Heat Anchor™ Unsalted Butter in a flat non-stick pan and place the rolls – pan-grill on both sides until slightly brown.
  6. Lift the roll and cut it into several parts. Sprinkle excess chopped onions and chili flakes on top. Serve hot.
