Cheese Omelette

A 10 minute dish with New Zealand Dairy Goodness.

Ingredients
Method
  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs with Anchor™ Cooking Cream until well combined. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Add carrot, onion, spring onion and red chili. Mix well.
  3. Melt Anchor™ Unsalted Butter in a non-stick flat pan, pour in the egg mixture and cook until brown on both sides.
  4. Place Anchor™ Cheese Slice on top of the omellete and leave for 2-3 minutes on the heat until the cheese melts a little. Sprinkle over chopped chives for garnish.
