Cheese Meat Floss Patties

A 10 minute dish with New Zealand Dairy Goodness.

Ingredients
Method
  1. Separate four whole egg into egg whites and yolks.
  2. Add milk, corn oil and one whole egg into a bowl, mix well. Add low-gluten flour and egg yolk, mix well to form a batter.
  3. In another bowl, add granulated sugar and lemon juice to the egg whites, beat until small peaks are formed.
  4. Spoon one-third of the egg white into the batter, mix well and then pour into the remaining egg white. Mix evenly.
  5. Spoon or use piping bag to form patties, onto baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes.
  6. Dip the baked patties with a layer of mayonnaise, then top with meat floss.
  7. Top each portion with a slice of Anchor™ Cheese Slice, bake in the oven at 120°C for 1 minute. It’s now ready to serve!
