Breakfast Casserole

A 10 minute dish with New Zealand Dairy Goodness.

Ingredients
Method
  1. In a bowl, beat eggs with half of the cooking cream, season with salt and pepper and pour into flat pan (pan is pre-heated with Anchor butter). Smash until cooked. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine the other half of Anchor™ Cooking Cream with Fernleaf™ UHT Milk, salt to taste and chopped spinach.
  3. Arrange several pieces of bread in a heat-resistant bowl/casserole (bowl has been brushed with Anchor™ Unsalted Butter). Pour the cream and milk mixture on the bread evenly.
  4. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly, arrange the tomato slices and sprinkle some black pepper powder.
  5. Bake in air fryer at 180 – 190°C for 8 minutes or until browned.
  6. Remove from air fryer and arrange the Anchor™ Cheese Slices. Bake again for 3 – 5 minutes. Serve hot.
