Method
  1. Fry the garlic in the butter until golden brown.
  2. Mix the cold rice in the beaten eggs.
  3. Add the cooked eggy rice to the pan.
  4. Add soy sauce and stir fry the rice for 5 minutes until the mixture is cooked through.
  5. Add cheese to the rice, reduce heat to low, cover it with a lid and cook for 1 minute until cheese melts.
